1 /5 P C: 07/18/2025 Ive purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me. If he was that hungry he should have locked the doors , so no one could come into the store . I have never in my life experienced anything so awful! He stated he is the owner, which I find very hard to believe. He was downright rude and needs to be reported!

5 /5 Mario Sergio chiacchio: Yesterday I was walking down Mamaroneck Avenue and realized my watch had stopped working due to the battery. I kept walking, and luckily, there was a jewelry store on the next block. I wasnt sure I could get into the beautiful shop just to change the battery. I took the opportunity and went in. Mr. Rodrigues was at the back of the store; I could tell he was working on some small jewelry because of his professional glasses. Even so, he saw me and welcomed me, and I soon left the store with my watch working. I highly recommend this place.

1 /5 Ricardo Cosme Ruiz: I went to this place to get a new watch battery and clean my jewelry. I gave him my wedding band, which I had for many years. In return, my wedding band, one of my diamonds, was broken or replaced with a broken one. I asked what happened, and he replied you may have broken it, and I responded that it was not given to you like this. He blamed me instead of taking responsibility. I’m so disappointed, and now I have to replace that diamond. Ensure you take pictures of your jewelry before handing them over to be cleaned.

5 /5 Lorena Aquino: The customer service in this place is great, showed me a few rings for my wedding and on very short notice engraved our rings and had it ready that same day. I didnt expect it can be done but was more than happy to make it happen for us
