3 /5 Joe Frumusa: My situation was rectified in the end but only because I took action and went back into the store. I had two watch batteries replaced last week. When heading back to my car after picking up the watches I noticed one of them was scratched pretty severely on the back cover. I took it back in and the office manager graciously took it back to have it refinished. When I came back later that day to pick it up, the jeweler who worked on the watch said it was incredibly difficult to get the cover off to replace that battery. I would have had no problem with that if it was communicated to me that there were some issues replacing that battery... never mind the fact that they first handed the watch back to me with multiple deep scratches. Again, they rectified the issue and issued me a gift card, but this review is more for the idea that they nearly sent me on my way with a watch that they essentially damaged.
