5 /5 Micah Fleischer: Charisma Jewelers should’ve been the first place I looked for engagement rings. My fiancée has a very unique taste and the bridal specialist Hali was a tremendous help. It was very hard for me to articulate what it was that I wanted, but she understood perfectly. She helped me build a custom ring that ended up being exactly what I wanted, and my fiancée loves it! We went back to Charisma for our wedding bands and Hali was incredibly patient and kind with us. She got us exactly what we wanted and put in the work to get what we wanted, even when it wasn’t in store. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

They were wonderful to work with and I know I can bring my jewelry back in and they will clean my pieces whenever I need. I highly recommend Marco and Charisma Jewelry!
