Michael Kuczynski I love the Pawn King stores. Very friendly and respectful staff. They now have a bigger variety of items than they used to. Payed more for my gold than any other place in Syracuse. Would recommend to everyone.

Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

The prices were very competitive compared to other places we’ve been to in NYC. They also resized another ring we brought in, on the spot. I highly recommend this jeweler!!!
