Alex Jordan I had my grandmothers watch band replaced here, fast and easy. They don’t do any warranty but the buckle broke a few hours after it was replaced and he made an exception for me which was really nice! The pricing and quality are both great but the convenience factor is the best part!

Kristi Evans I walked in and was greeted by a sales clerk. She was really friendly. She told me about the sales at the back of the store. I was looking at the purses and decided to get a Coach wristlet instead. I love it. It was a great deal!

Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.

We spent 4 hours with Sean. He was patient, incredibly helpful and designed a beautiful necklace with diamonds from a lone earring. I highly recommend Gennaro Jewelers. B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.
