Bauble Love This is my second visit with Aurem Jewelers (each trip with multiple pieces) and I have nothing but praise for this local, longtime neighborhood jeweler. The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with. The woman who helped us was kind and professional, and we immediately felt comfortable having it repaired there. It was fixed and cleaned within one day. Tracy Rhoads Brought my old wedding ring in to be reshaped after it got bent, and to fix the little arms that hold the diamond in. They got it done in just less than a week, for a good price ($~30 to reshape, ~$100 new diamond holder) and it was also shined and polished!
