5 /5 Has Hade: Lucky has been around for a long time. Very fair with prices, excellent repairs and all around good experience. Iv always felt like i got a fair deal. The only jeweler i trust and the 1st one ill go to if searching for a particular piece, gift or repair.

1 /5 Hala Karaki: If I can do 0 points I would have done it The seller is a scammer I gave him my bracelet to fix it and he did, however, after a week it slipt from my hand and I sent it back to the store to fix it as they did a sloppy job fixing it the first time. After he fixed it I noticed that he cut from it as it was super tight on my hand and I didnt request to tighten it I only requested to fix it. After 2 days I figured that I was not given money for the extra length that was taken from the bracelet when he fixed it I went back telling him that i wasn’t paid for the extra length that was taking from the bracelet he said he didn’t take from its length and the extra length might be on the floor at my home which is not true and it was his mistake not measuring the bracelet when I brought it I told him to correct the mistake then he refused to pay me the extra length that he stole from me This store is a scam they steal your money or your gold and they don’t pay you for the extra gold that they cut

5 /5 Jasmin z: The one-on-one customer service is unbeatable. I always know Im getting a good deal when I go to Lucky. I tried going to other jewelry shops in the area and Lucky always offers me better prices than their neighbors. For sure will be coming back here!
