Claire Gerchman Frank took such great care with my engagement ring. We reset a family diamond and he was so wonderful through the entire experience. Beautiful craftsmanship.

Carlos Miguel Lasa Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!

Kamla Singh Stay away from liberty gold bayo steel, I took a diamond ring to size and he steel the diamond and replaced it with a tiny stone so low and he thinks I wouldnt notice. He dont deserve any star.

Jennifer Goldwasser I recently brought a necklace to this small jewelry store, to be replicated.  The place had been highly recommended to me as an alternative to going to the jewelry district.  There was a bit of a mix-up with the item at first, but ultimately, the necklace was reproduced perfectly.  During this whole process, I found Robert and his sister to be professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest.  They are good communicators.  I would absolutely use them again in the future, because finding a small business with this kind of integrity and customer service is so unusual, and because the quality of the work was excellent.  Their pricing was very fair.  This is a family business, and while I never had the pleasure of meeting Roberts mother, who founded the business, I can tell that she raised her kids right, and is smiling somewhere in the universe to see them carrying on her legacy so ably and so admirably.  Great work, great ethics--so important when you are trusting someone with your valuable (and sentimentally valuable) jewelry!

Heidi Baschnagel Had a phenomenal experience. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and made you feel very comfortable. The jewelry selection was unbelievable—very impressive that alot were made in house! Jose was very gentle and made the piercing process so easy and painless. Their shop was immaculate and you could tell they were very experienced. I would highly them!
