1 /5 jav rod: Worst experience ever, they sold me a piece that was marked 14 karat and it turned out. It was 10 karat gold when I tried to return it. They told me it was past the return date and I couldn’t get my money back so they tried to make it right. They told me a week and it took three weeks and then they got shipped out to the wrong address and they never updated me once on the situation. I had to contact a friend who knew the manager in order for me to get my money back after over 2 1/2 months. I’ll give them zero stars if I could don’t go here. Do yourself a favor
