jeff countermine My wedding ring got too tight. I stopped in and they expertly cut my ring off and re sized it. I was expecting a large bill, but it was amazingly inexpensive to get it done. I also got a nice ring for my wife here. again the prices were very reasonable. (I compared to a mall jeweler, which was a lot more) We definitely will shop here again.

Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The rings quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!
