Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The rings quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. I loved my engagement ring so much that I choose to get my wedding band from them. They had great choices, and delivery was quick. Plus, the packaging itself is really nice, professional, and very discreet.

5 /5 Louis Levine: I am extremely pleased with my experience working with Laura H and Mike B of Ritani. Both were rapidly responsive - replying to my emails within 24 hours each time. Further, Mike and I communicated via text message and he was available at pretty much all hours to help arrange our preview. He was even flexible enough to meet me for the preview after 7 PM on a weeknight. Laura H was helpful in explaining all policies and ensuring I had an adequate return window for my engagement ring, just in case. For such an important decision and moment as a proposal, these two individuals helped ease any worry during this process and the end result was perfection. She helped me design and pick out the perfect ring, and her expertise as a gemologist really showed throughout the entire process.
