5 /5 Isa Best: I am so satisfied with my visit!! The girl with the short black hair is so welcoming and helpful to every thing I needed help with. For the store to be so new an to have great workers is such a good sign! I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry!

5 /5 Alexa Di Cocco: I never write reviews but i just wanted to take a second to appreciate how lovely the service is here. I had an experience today that really made me smile. I’m a bit of an air head sometimes and I tend to just forget things. When I was checking out, I happened to leave my phone on the counter and the girl working it was so sweet. I’m not sure if her name but she was really nice and she held onto my phone for me and just kept it safe until a crazy person panicking (me) came back to the store to retrieve it. I just really appreciated how nice she was about it, i don’t know her name but I think you guys should give her a raise, lol. also, the people here are always so nice and it’s one of the only stores i never feel silly asking for help in :)

1 /5 Juliette Devenpeck: Worst experience I’ve ever had. I never complain or am rude to people in customer service but this was crazy. The girl was loudly talking on FaceTime behind the counter and giving me attitude for asking super simple questions about how long 45cm is for a necklace. After my transaction she handed me my change back and said “I don’t have the 81 cents” I looked and my change back was 3.81. Working in retail if that happens you either round up to 4 dollars or only accept exact change. When I was super nice and said that’s almost a dollar she started giving me crazy attitude and getting aggressive clapping her hands saying what do you want me to do about it. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store.

1 /5 Taylor L: Horrible! I had been waiting for twenty minutes while the lady with red hair and what I’m assuming is another employee had gone on break. If you have a sign up for a certain time to come back, come back at that time not twenty minutes after the fact, Super unprofessional. I did not get a sorry or anything, just the lady with red hair looking super annoyed because I was standing there waiting. While in shopping I asked for help with some earrings and just to double check what is on sale and what’s not, and she just stared at me, and said anything with the red sign and or sticker I also had asked for some help with the earrings that are with the nose rings and she gave me serious attitude about it, like I had the nerve to ask for help, she pointed to some then walked back behind the counter, and grabbed her phone, she then continued to bad mouth what I’m assuming is someone that works their to the other girl she was with, Now I love a good gossip but if I was that other employee I would not want to work with that her. At the register the lady with the red hair walked away as I was putting my stuff down on the counter and walked into a door, forcing the other girl she was with to get up from what she was doing to ring me out. I asked her, is that your manager, and she nodded and said yes softly. In all my years I’ve never been treated that way. If you hate your job that bad then don’t work there! Don’t waste your time or money.
