Alyssa Fazio I originally came in for a ring but unfortunately the company doesn’t make too many in my size. However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Katelyn Feister Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I came in originally to do the 6 month cleaning and check up on my wedding ring. We had questions regarding trading in my ring to upgrade it. She took the time to show me different options for rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered mine and my husbands questions about different products. She was especially patient with my toddler who was non stop.
