A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

The prices in the store arent bad, some items I would say are a bit over marked but overall I really adore this store! Really great place for anybody even if youre not much of a " country fan". Theres a ton of great gifts for all ages as well as some cute home decor! Not only that but it is giving "Hallmark" ! In a great way! Hallmark always has such great gifts and self are items.
