Laurie assured that my jewelry was repaired perfectly, like new, at a fair price. The store is immaculate and service is prompt. I highly recommend Hyde Park jewelry!

She is a professional watch repairer, offers total jewelry creation and restoration services, and can repair any family heirloom or treasure. No job is too small or too complicated for her. In addition, she offers unique items one cannot find anywhere else. Great woman! Great store!

Laurie was willing to meet with me at a moment’s notice to discuss restringing my pearls for my upcoming wedding. She didn’t make me schedule an appointment. She was very sweet and accommodating. She not only agreed to do the job, but she also quoted me a very reasonable price and is able to have it done within a short timeframe. I am very happy with her customer service. She cleaned my engagement ring while we were discussing the process of restringing my pearls together. I haven’t received the final product back yet (as I’ve just left it with her this afternoon), however, I have faith in her skills and experience. There are too many people dishing out negative reviews these days. I figured I’d give Laurie the credit that she deserves. I’d definitely recommend this jeweler. You receive a much more personable experience than you receive when you go somewhere like Kay’s. The store itself is pristinely clean and she has some gorgeous jewelry there. Update: Here are some photos of my mother’s pearls that Laurie restrung for me. ❤️ I am so happy with how they came out. This meant the world to me. Thank you so much.

5 /5 Danielle Petito: Laurie and her shop are amazing and customer oriented. Shes repaired my watch, my earrings, and even untangled a huge knot in one of my necklaces.
