Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. Jill Zimmerman I have shopped and used this Jeweler over the years . I have lived in the area since the 1970s. This Jeweler outshines all other competitors in the area compared to service ,price and quality. Tracy, the salesperson and the owner have always been so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I went there to have a bracelet made smaller. My dear recently passed Mom had left me a beautiful cubic zirconia bracelet. The jeweler adjusted it accordingly to my wrist size and the bracelet looks beautiful and it truly fits perfectly . A , photo is below. I have referred my friends and business associates to them. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and to the large and great selection of high end jewelry pieces. Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

John Lynch I came in with my Son son who is looking for an engagement ring. Maui and his staff took the time to explain to my Son the types of diamonds and look a like diamonds and the pros and cons of each. The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didnt try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff. I would definitely recommend Snug Harbor Jewlers for purchases as well as repairs.

Shalika A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings. We had silicone bands as backup but were really hoping the rings (which we engraved) would come, and so they did. Thank you so much Blue Nile!
