1 /5 Kristin Renee: I went to Cunningham for a custom piece and it seemed as though they were excited about my idea. I had high hopes. However, I was told multiple times throughout the process that they would send me updates/design via email or text. I never received anything. I constantly had to go in to get updates. The last time I was in I was told I would be emailed options for floral designs for the outside of the piece. I never received anything. I gave up. I understand places get busy, but dont set the expectation that you will send something if you wont. Im not going to beg a business to take my money. Im very sad and disappointed because I was hoping to wear this custom piece for my wedding as it would incorporate a family heirloom.
