5 /5 Kelcey C: My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!

I came to him with a very special project — I wanted to create custom necklaces for my daughters-in-law using the gold and diamonds from my late mothers wedding and engagement rings. From the beginning, Jon treated this project with thoughtfulness and creativity. Each necklace was to be given as a wedding gift. Jon took the time to ask questions about each of my daughters-in-law and their relationships with my sons to create a one-of-a-kind, meaningful necklace for each girl. During our first visit, Jon used a specialized computer program to create mock-ups of each design. Over the course of the following week, we both made changes until we achieved the perfect look. The final necklaces are absolutely stunning—each one beautifully reflects the personality of the recipient while honoring my mothers memory in the most heartfelt way. It was an emotional and joyful process from start to finish, and Jon made it even more special with his incredible talent, patience, and professionalism. If you are looking for a great jeweler and someone who can turn your sentimental jewelry into one-of-a-kind masterpieces, I wholeheartedly recommend Jon. This experience exceeded all my expectations and created heirlooms that will be cherished for generations.

Both of our bands are stunning--I have a chevron cut out thats lined in small diamonds, and he has a two-toned band with a center braid. We love that were able to stop in anytime to get our rings cleaned (and not just our wedding bands, but my engagement ring, which we got elsewhere) and it is ALWAYS a positive, friendly experience. We recommend them to anyone who asks!
