Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.

The gentleman (owner?) took care of it right away, and carefully made sure that the new band and deployment buckle were on perfectly. I was very happy with the kind and capable service I received.
