She gave me some options and her honest professional opinion on how to go about these pieces, so that I may wear them. Super happy to have a trusted local jewelry store that is family owned. They also just moved their location to forest hills gardens, and it is so gorgeous.

Daniel Donnelly This is the place to go. I asked them if they could resize one of my grandfathers rings that I inherited and couldnt be happier. I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.

ECKER ELECTRICAL I called the shop and spoke to Danny about taking a look at a watch for me. He said he would and I went to his shop. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and really helpful in determining the authenticity of my watch. Turns out the watch was a really good replica. I’m glad I met him and I felt welcomed there. His shop has a lot of stuff at very reasonable rates. Danny really went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

They ship to you so no need to head to queens if you cant go. Both my sons and my Goddaughters crosses came from them. Cant say enough.
