From my family I have adopted them for our family jeweler and my children’s for their very few years before engagement. Their designers, their service, from the dot of the “I” to the cross of the “t”, they are perfection. It should also be stated that I’ve worked with 9 other countries in their governments and non profits. I have a very general and specific knowledge on customer service and I guarantee they will surpass anything you want. These are the rings I’ve worked on with their staff and jeweler. Their team cannot be compared to anything short of the A-Team or for the younger generation…The Avengers. You will always be a guaranteed happy person beyond belief when you trust your jeweler. And this one comes with a guarantee from over 10+ years of experience with them, as well as someone who has researched workspace wellness and organizational strategies. I guarantee they don’t cheat you, they are honest, they are unique, and they should be as treasured as their jewelry…yes, they offer Tanzanite!!!’

5 /5 Brenda Ziegler: Sondra has been so good to us through the years! We are not frequent jewelry store shoppers (3 times in 20 years) but each time Sondra has made us feel so special. When my mother in law passed this past month, she wanted to leave her ring to a granddaughter but it was in need of much repair. Three days later the ring was ready! It shined like new and brought a few tears. So reasonably priced too. We knew there was only one place to bring this very special family treasure and are so glad we did. Several years back we purchased my engagement ring which we had custom made after an unexpected loss on my prior ring. They were quick efficient and super friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. I just recently dropped my grandmothers ring off for a repair. She was very competitive with pricing. Every place I went to see how much it would cost, it was always very expensive. They had my grandmothers ring repaired and now it looks brand new. It truly was a very special experience and I’m grateful for Sondra’s team.
