I stumbled into this store by accident after having a few bad experiences with other jewelers - I didn’t have an appointment and Winona made time for me anyway. She is so warm and genuine and knowledgeable about what she does. She immediately started reaching out to her sources to find me the diamond I’ve been looking for and it was spot on. The prices were also surprisingly the most fair of anywhere else I looked. I was expecting for a jewelry shop in SoHo to be much more expensive. We got engaged in June and I still can’t stop staring at my beautiful ring. The setting is also exactly as I designed it, simple and elegant. Thank you forever to Winona and everyone at SoHo Gem ❤️
