Dakota Jewell In love with my engagement ring that my fiance purchased through Mars Jewelry! Fits perfectly and looks gorgeous. Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

Kay Gerlach Bob resized 4 stack rings for me that I could no longer wear as they had become too tight. They had been designed and custom made by another artist who is a dear friend of our family so they are very special to me. Bob took great care in resizing the rings and did an absolutely expert job. They now fit perfectly and I have worn them every day since. I cant thank him enough for his craftsmanship and passion for his work.

Rachel Roberts I visited this cute little boutique about 4-5 years back while visiting the lovely town of Ellicottville. It is absolutely the perfect little shop for that town. I can tell the owner-Jessica took much pride and care into keeping it well kept. Jessica was so helpful when I came in. She helped me pick out a couple outfits that day that matched and I wore my favorite to dinner with my husband. I still have them! The clothes are great quality. 10/10 recommend. Support small businesses! We want them to stay where they are. :)

esther weiss I’m flawed by the service I got when I walked in Sunday. I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!!
