ronald gebhard I met with Donna Hill-Nugent at this beautiful location to discuss melting down some old jewelry. Donna was extremely knowledgable and patient in explaining the process. She looked at every piece and handled them with great care. Donna took her time and in the end, I was very surprised and happy with the results. I highly recommend Charles Krypell if you are considering trading in your gold for cash. She made sure we all got settings that we wanted, even when it wasn’t something on her website. She even got them all done within a few weeks. I will go to her for all memory pieces in the future.
