1 /5 Aimee Town: I brought in a necklace that needed the clasp replaced and a unique ring to be repaired. He fixed the necklace to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, however, for the ring repair, he quoted a price of $600. That was more than I could spend at the time so I didnt have it repaired. Back in Ft. Lauderdale, I took the ring to the jeweler that I have been doing business with for 33 years. She is repairing the ring for $80. I will never go back to the Watch Shop.

5 /5 Felicia Braymiller: We brought in my deceased mothers grandfathers old German clock for clean and repair. He dedicated many hours and alot of time to completing the challenging test we brought in, even bringing it somewhere else when he got stumped. I cannot thank him enough for bringing a piece of my mother there back to my home. His price was very reasonable considering the time he had invested. Highly recommend!!!

1 /5 Dean Wells: I took two watches in for repair in November: one needed the steel band fixed, the second needed a crown replaced. The guy said he needed to order a crown. I didnt hear anything back for a month, so I called. He said he was still waiting for the crown. I didnt hear anything back for another month, so I called. He acted a little startled with I started the conversation with, "I brought some watches in two months ago..." He finally said, "Oh, oh, yeah. Im getting ready to take apart now. Ill let you know when I get it back together." I heard nothing for another 10 days. I called and told him I was coming to get them. When I got there, the watch with the broken band was fixed; the other one was never touched because he said he couldnt get the part. They had my watches for a total of 76 days.

1 /5 kevin opferbeck: Terrible, the worst place Ive ever done business with. I took my rather expensive watch in to be cleaned and was told it would be ready in 3-4 weeks. After about 6 weeks I called them. They said it would be done at the end of the week and they would call me. They never did so I called them. They said they broke the main spring and would have to find a replacement. OK, weeks turned into months. I called them again and they said they were working on it and should have it done any day and they would call me. After a few more months I go to the store to see whats going on. Jason was the one working on it and he still hasnt got it done yet. But he would work on it that week, at that point its been over a year and a half for what should have been a simple watch cleaning. Finally after one year and nine months I called and Jason and said it was done. I go down to pick it up and and later found out he made it so hard to wind that it was going to break the crown, and then he assembled it and never cleaned the inside of the crystal. It had dust and finger prints inside of it that clearly showed when you look at the watch face. What ever you do avoid this place like the flu. Not only did they have it for a year and nine months, I received it back in worst condition than I took it there in. HACKS....I will never be back!!!!!
