Jeff Crook David and his team customized this engagement ring for us, and brought our idea to life. David was patient, and provided a low pressure and comforting environment throughout the process. He helped us turn our idea into reality. He was communicative by providing updates and asking for feedback about the ring while it was being created. I cannot recommend R&R and David enough!
