John Esposito I had been shopping around online for a while when I saw the ad from Gold Empire Jewelry. It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. It’s nice to know you got more than your money’s worth, especially when making an expensive purchase. What’s even nicer is knowing you have done business with an honorable person who did his best to make you happy. Diane Trujillo Enrico made a cuff for me that was stunning. He used two strips of silver which he engraved. He put 2 pieces of turquoise and 1 piece of spiney oyster, 2 leaves along with two geckos. Besides all that, he did it in less than 24 hours. He does exceptional work. Truly an artist at his craft.

Erika Bronk I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!

Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend
