The staff is just wonderful….friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Paulette is just the best of the best! She has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about jewelry, and has impeccable taste. She is patient and helpful, and will always lead you in the right direction when making a decision or choice about a piece of jewelry. The pieces they sell are just beautiful and the quality is excellent. Their prices are fair, and they go above and beyond to find you just the right piece that is in your budget. They do amazing custom work and really strive to create exceptional one of a kind heirloom pieces. They also do amazing redesign and repair work, and you can always feel confident to know that your jewelry is in good hands.

Julianna should get an A+ for customer service today. She put new batteries in my watches and inspected and cleaned my most treasured possession. I helped my brother design his wifes engagement ring at LaGravinese several years ago, and Robby has been my go-to jeweler ever since. He made my engagement ring, all of my wedding jewelry and many gifts for my family members. Every single piece has been so gorgeous and unique, and the customer service is exceptional.
