Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. Bryan I would recommend Olde Saratoga to anyone. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the fine details. I recently sold my coin and currency collection to them. I received in depth explanations on how they valued each item and I was satisfied with the the offer they made. I would most certainly go back to them in the future.
