As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. We both got exactly what we wanted and the rings fit our budget perfectly, and we are so happy with how the shopping and buying experience was. Our rings are absolutely beautiful and so perfectly US. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands. Thank you all for making this an unforgettable experience!!!

I visited multiple jewelers but her honesty, patience, and willingness to work with me was impressive. Not only does the store have a great selection, but they will work with you to bring in samples of anything not in their inventory as well. It was not a "salesy" environment, rather very open and comfortable, and I learned so much throughout the process. Highly recommended, and I will be returning here when it comes time to purchase the wedding ring.

I reached out to ask about pricing and spoke with the owner himself, who really took the time to answer all my questions and provide upfront quotes. He never tried to upsell or pressure me and he offered to price-match the diamond, which saved me enough money to upgrade a full half carat and still come in under budget. Financing was a breeze and shipping was fast and secure. Buying from an individually owned and operated jewelry store instead of a big box retailer made all the difference in the world. I wasn’t treated like just a number on an invoice and I have peace of mind knowing they stand behind their work. This ring is a dream come true and I’ve enjoyed every step of the process with Ben Garelick. I can’t wait for my kids to fall in love so I can introduce them to Peter for their engagement rings!
