Kaylee Noll I have nothing but incredible things to say about Her Rock and Carlee. From the start I knew I was looking for a white glove experience as well as a reputable and honest jeweler to find a natural diamond for my dream engagement ring. We found all of that with Her Rock. I wanted to be lightly involved in the process but still be surprised by the engagement ring. I reached out to Carlee explaining what I knew I did not like and left the rest up to the Her Rock team and my Fiancee. My Fiancee had a wonderful experience and came home with all of these interesting nuggets of information about diamonds. The natural diamonds to choose from were sourced from NYC and brought to Saratoga for my Fiancee to choose from. The experience was educational and personalized based on our needs. At the end of the day, I have so many wonderful things to say about Her Rock. I recommend them to everyone that asks about my ring. Deanna Roberts After 2 years of wearing a ring size adjuster, and very nervous about just hanging my engagement ring over to someone, I found John at Apricot & loved the idea that he does everything in house! No need to worry about sending the ring out to get resized. He was very helpful and super nice! Knowing he made all of his own jewelry & seeing the amazing work he does I felt a lot better leaving my ring with him! Jose Santos I recommend you coming here I just bought a silver chain and pendant on Father’s Day . Unfortunately to my surprise the stone already fell out of the cross. Here I am here five days later feeling ripped off I go in there he’s completely understanding and helps me find different pieces I can have to exchange . He worked with me and I ended up with a sterling silver bracelet and a stainless steel chain. For the same price of cross and the stainless steel piece is heavy and shines bright. keith odell I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Doerrer jewelers 10 years ago and received excellent service back then. We recently purchased a 3ct amora diamond for my wife and had some very crappy service when trying to get it set from other jewlers. So..... we decided to pack the kids up and visit Donna. She was friendly, offered us multiple options, and spent a solid hour with us. I STRONGLY suggest shopping here. A++!!!!!!!

Alexandra Arizmendi This has been thus far the most outrageous customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.

DeAnna Salamone Classy and professional, Best compensation for your Gold etc… in Rochester. Done business with them a handful of times now and also been to many places around the county. Very much appreciate them working with me, forgot my inventory sheet of items when I went to sell, after making the sale wasn’t sure everything was counted. Went back they were good to re evaluate and bumped up the price for me. They didn’t have to that’s excellent business practices.

Amber Love I had an incredible experience at Scherer’s Jeweler. After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. He pulled the necklace from the bag, and I was thrilled with the results! It was absolutely perfect! The customer service was top tier, and I highly recommend Scherers Jeweler!"
