Dee is great, always gives the perfect recommendations based on what youre looking for and keeps your budget in mind. They have a great selection in store and if you cant find exactly what you want they will seamlessly modify or custom order/ create what you want. I have gotten multiple pieces here and all are great quality ! I never have any doubts when coming here, highly recommend.

I personally deal with Tonya (apologies if spelt wrong) for all my jewelry needs from wedding bands to ankle bracelets and my experience is always the best. Briar Hanna My friends and I have been coming to this place for years and I think its hands-down the best pawn shop/retro game store in the area. As a pawn shop there is always a variety of eye catching stuff at decent prices. Guitars and amps, stereo setups, jewelry, cameras, comics and so much more. As a retro game store it is a collectors paradise. So many consoles from the 80s-now and a slew of games for each one. Every console comes with a controller and a free game and if anything doesnt work theyll replace it with no questions asked. Current Gen consoles are also frequently sold here at great prices, especially around the holiday season. Both owners are engaging and amicable though I usually talk to the younger guy, Dom. I can tell that he is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable collector and I really like chatting with him about some of the rarer stuff that comes through the shop. Overall a great place to stop by if youre looking to get into any number of hobbies, expand your collections, trade stuff in, or even just to kill a half-hour in the Utica area.

Caitriona Fox Dont normally write reviews, but Lauren at Claires Riverhead was nothing but kind, professional, accommodating, and helpful. Went in last minute to get my ears pierced and she was super great and I wish every store manager was as attentive and knowledgeable.

Natoshia Allen-Buck My husband and I spent about a hour and a half with John today! He helped my husband remove his speaker from an old box, install it perfectly into a new box, tested our deck (it was bad) so got us an amazing deal on a nice new deck (great sales techniques), helped my husband install all of it, sold us a flat screen TV, and a weed whacker! Meanwhile making connections and interacting you can never have enough connections and help! He was amazing and we will continue to always go to Pawn King West Genesee 1st before EVER paying full price anywhere! Thank you John!!
