Erika Bronk I brought my ring (engagement, wedding and anniversary bands soldered together) to Micheal. After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!

A W Amazing quick efficient service, very kind, great price. Mr. Daniel is a very reasonable and accommodating man, helped me adjust two links off my watch strap in 10 min and at very great price. Offered to let me come back re-adjust for free if i found it too tight or loose but I don’t think I’ll need it. Very professional.

Karoline Fischer I had the best experience. I wanted to have some custom jewelry out of one of my son’s baby teeth and I came to Martin Busch as it’s close to where I live and it had great reviews. I have been taken care of by Eva so wonderfully there. I explained what I wanted. They sent me a draft, I gave more directions and the draft was perfected. The piece came out exactly like the draft, it’s heavenly. I got a very thin chain for the piece that I broke. I told Eva, and she said they would fix it for free. I can’t wait to get more jewelry from there.

I have had to leave it with relatives so it can get fixed but every time I got it back it was worst than before.
