He’s a good listener and he always makes suggestion for the right gift. If this company ever got rid of him, I would leave the company and go with John. He’s amazing.

5 /5 Chris M: I visited the Staten Island Swarovski store to get a special gift for my best friend, but unfortunately, I ended up with the wrong size. I was disappointed, especially since the size I needed wasn’t in stock. But John went above and beyond to make it right! Even though the store was busy, he took the time to track down the correct size at another location and called me as soon as he received it. His effort and thoughtfulness made all the difference. Thanks to him, I was able to give my bestie the perfect gift. Thanks John!

5 /5 Jennifer Bolden: The best Swarovski store Ive ever been to! I used to live in Manhattan and recently moved back to Staten Island. Ive visited all the upscale Swarovski stores you can imagine. I love to collect their pieces. I have been meaning to write this review for a few months now. As a former retail store manager, I know the importance of giving credit to amazing workers/stores. The Staten Island mall store and associates are definitely needing credit! My husband originally went to get a few Christmas pieces for me. He was blown away by Almas customer service and attention to detail. She was even willing to do a video call with me to help pick something out. She is kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. She gave my husband her number so I can pick out two pieces for my birthday. I was shocked she was willing to message me and give me an elevated personal shopper experience that you cant find anywhere else! Thanks to her amazing personality and kindheartedness my husband goes about once a month to pick out goodies for me! I have gotten everything from jewelry to home decor pieces as shown in the pictures. I even started collecting from the new higher end campaign. Alma and Hiba are absolute dolls. I live about 8 mins from the mall. I walk every week to see whats new. How they are doing. We have built a genuine friendship. I can tell they actually love their jobs, want to work there, and care about my needs as a person/customer. I continue to shop here and purchase gifts consistently wholly based on them! We even splurged and got my mom a few pieces! I cant say enough about these ladies. I highly recommend anyone in the area or traveling to visit this location. I promise you will be in heaven once you go! I collect from Tiffany and Co and some other expensive stores. I have been exclusive to Swarovski because of the shopper experience. Please give Alma and Hiba a shout out. They are absolutely amazing!!!

4 /5 Jose: Very small selection of jewelry. Prices are fair and if caught at good times theres a chance that the store has a 50% off on a good selection of items. Customer service was decent, but very attentive. Reason for the 4 star review is mainly because the franchise store I visited in another location had a wider variety of jewelry to choose from.
