I went in to sell my silver, and the prices were so fair that I decided to trade it for gold bars. I returned on 6/1 to do a trade in on a ring I purchased at Zales approx 18 years ago and she went to great lengths to get the authorization from her leaders. She is patient, knowledgeable and has a great personality. She excels at hospitality and is truly an asset to Zales.
