Marina, the owner, provided outstanding service! She worked with my budget, offered several beautiful options, and even cleaned a few of my jewelry pieces at no charge. What stood out the most was Marina’s authentic approach. She immediately builds trust by taking the time to educate customers about pricing and value without any pressure. Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.
