Lexifer We have always had great experiences here, from selling jewelry to having it sized to appraisals to custom jewelry. They are honest and fair, and provide great customer service. They are candid when something is not in their area of expertise, rather than giving incorrect information. They have been in business here in Watertown, NY for decades and have maintained their great reputation, which just goes to show what kind of business they are.

Mariann Rojas This jewelry store has been mine and my moms favorite for years!! The staff is great at explaining the jewlery and prices for you, they always try there best to leave their customers satisfied. I bought my name plate from here as well as a bracelet, i love my name plate, i wear it everyday!! They did a great job at making it!! Thank you!!

Sandra Needed to have my wedding ring cut off because of swelling in my finger. James was so kind and quick cutting it off and removing it. Very pleasant place to shop and get a beautiful gift.

Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Ashley Ulacco I am so impressed with the quality and talent here! They were able to work with me to trade in broken gold pieces to fix a sentimental necklace. They were efficient and had great communication. How special the shop is and fortunate I walked in to begin with! Side note: lovely unique jewelry selection caught my eye while I was in the shop!

B M Dolce I have been buying pieces and or asking for pieces from Na Hoku both in store and on-line for about 15 years. Their pieces are very unique as they are ocean and Hawaiian themed and I come from Canada so, they certainly stand out. Every single item I have is made of impeccable quality and, have never broken or lost a diamond and, I wear items on the daily. I always get compliments wearing them and, they often start a nice conversation and hold beautiful memories.

The folks at Ferris were fantastic. They sat with me and went through every single piece and explained the value of everything. They purchased the jewelry for way more than I ever thought I would get for it. They seemed very honest and transparent. Highly recommended.

Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening.
