L W An absolute pleasure to do business with! I had an heirloom diamond solitaire ring that I wanted to update and Mr. Kavanaugh made the process extremely easy. He was able to get the exact setting I was looking for very quickly and set the old ring with a gemstone for me at the same time. Even with the extra ring I came in under my budget, both rings were completed very quickly and the work was high quality. I sincerely cannot say enough about this business, my “go-to” jeweler from now on!

SMRF I have a special friend celebrating her birthday in March. She loves daffodils. Her late husband gave them to her in season & planted them in the garden so they could naturalize. Daffodils hold great meaning to her. The earrings are beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend. Eileen wrapped the gift beautifully & shipped ASAP. Lovely website & a brick & mortar store too. Gallery atmosphere. We need to support our artisans. They bring us much needed beauty!

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
