Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

Jeff Crook David and his team customized this engagement ring for us, and brought our idea to life. David was patient, and provided a low pressure and comforting environment throughout the process. He helped us turn our idea into reality. He was communicative by providing updates and asking for feedback about the ring while it was being created. I cannot recommend R&R and David enough! Andrew Appel Eight years ago we went to sk the store to make a copy of my husband’s father’s wedding ring. This was early in the days of same gender marriage and we were often fearful that our reception might be cold. In fact, they were all celebratory, loving and efficient.
