1 /5 Natasha Mejia: Terrible and unprofessional. I ordered a name plate for my daughter’s Christmas gift. I was initially told that it would take two days to make. I left my chain and a deposit went back four days later to pick up my necklace and it was not ready. They told me my $50 deposit was not enough to start working on my order. I didn’t understand why that was explained the first time but I just needed it done so I deposited $100 more. I was told to come back at 7:00 that same day that they will have it ready. They then call me and tell me it won’t be done till two days later in the evening. I was ok with it as long as I receive it before Christmas. I go two days later still not ready then I was told, come in the morning we will have it. I then call in the morning since the travel over there was driving me crazy for them just to tell me it’s not ready. It wasn’t ready they gave me the runaround for several more days. I finally picked it up 12/23 and they completely gave me the wrong order. Now I’m stuck with a name plate that’s not what I ordered and not enough time to change it. I am disgusted with their unprofessionalism. To top things off, they have the audacity to try to charge me more for what I initially ordered. If I choose to change it. They deserve zero stars, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Jenalee Jones: I would never recommend this jewelry store. I had 2 chains that needed to be fixed due to the links breaking. I went in and paid $30 just to fix both chains links on a friday. The lady said that day it may not be ready so to come the following day. I went that Sunday to pick up my chains and there were 3 different ladies from the friday I dropped off my chains. First of all I kept buzzing the door and it took them 10 minutes to open it meanwhile there was only 1 client in there. When I finally go in and give one of the girls my receipt, she goes to the back and starts looking for my chain. I see her frantically looking for about 5 minutes then I see her whispering to one of the other girls. She finally comes to me empty handed and tells me my 2 chains are locked in a box and they don’t have the key & to come back at 6 p.m. I was highly annoyed because my chains were supposed to be ready and so the other lady she was whispering to comes to tell me that there’s nothing they can do and if I have a complaint to just email her boss. I left and once I reached home I got a phone call from a girl stating that I had picked up my chains that same friday and they have me in video which is not true. So I start telling the girl who called me that that’s not true and I want to see the video. She combatively tells me that it definitely was me in the video and I can speak management when we they come in and rudely hangs up. Come to find out the staff here gave away both of my chains to the wrong person and I have yet heard from management or the owner to resolve this issue. I’ve never bought jewelry from them but I’m pretty sure it’s poor quality just as the customer service is don’t waste your time.
