1 /5 Ruthann Covey: Have the cleaning warranty for my wedding ring here, and had been a horrible job every time I come. First of all, they welded my wedding band engagement ring together wrong so it’s crooked. Then whenever I’ve gone to get a cleaning there is sill tarnish on the side when they are done. The last time I came, the attendant was on her phone, and didn’t look up or acknowledge us when we walked in. She “cleaned” it, but left gunk on each side of the diamond. Looked like it was from their cleaning brush or something, but she looked at it and said it was clean, unacceptable.
