Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

Matt Garrison Bill at Morrison Jewelers is incredible to work with. Hes knowledgeable, knows the history, and is a master from real experience. If you ever need work done on your prized pieces, go to the jeweler themselves if you can. Great guy, great prices, and great parking near his store! Highly recommended!!

Their location is in the heart of Williamsville in a beautiful shop. The whole process from start to finish only took 10 minutes! They quickly provided prices and I walked away with more money than I expected! I plan on coming back with some other pieces. Thank you again for making this process so easy!!!
