Emanuela Scollo My now fiancee and I came here for our engagement rings. We had the most amazing shopping experience with Peter Sr. and the whole staff! As a lesbian couple we were nervous about ring shopping in general, but everyone at Ben Garelick made us feel so welcome and at home. Peter made us feel very comfortable and explained the first visit should be for trying on rings only so we could have an idea of what we liked. We didnt feel at all pressured to buy that day, and didnt purchase our rings until our second visit in the store. We both got exactly what we wanted and the rings fit our budget perfectly, and we are so happy with how the shopping and buying experience was. Our rings are absolutely beautiful and so perfectly US. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands. Thank you all for making this an unforgettable experience!!!

The standout experience, by far, was at Brilliant Earth in Roosevelt Field Mall, thanks to Michelle Wong. From the moment I walked in, Michelle’s warm welcome and genuine interest in helping me were apparent. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed – not just the style, but also the crucial timing for our vacation. Her deep knowledge and expert advice were key in helping me find the one. The ring is absolutely perfect, and my fiancée loves it! Michelle made the whole process easy and stress-free, asking the right questions and providing patient support. For anyone looking for an engagement ring, I cant recommend Michelle Wong and Brilliant Earth enough. Her customer service was truly second to none, and were so grateful. Kerin Kelly Pyramid Jewelers is the VERY BEST place to go, not only for beautiful jewelry, watches, etc, but Allan, the owner is a craftsman at hand. He can make /create any piece of jewelry from a picture and he can also fix everything! Hes trustworthy, honest, smart and very reasonable. Highly recommend with 10 stars +!! Rachel Bennett Artiste Jewelers is a class act. A true staple of the upper west side. They have beautiful, one-of-a kind upscale jewelry. What I love about them is their care and attention to detail and patent service. They have untangled some of my fine jewelry pieces over the years and have a variety of high-end pieces that will last a lifetime. If you want time, attention and detail-oriented customer service, Artiste Jewelers is it.

Tracy Curtin This has to be the best jeweler in the WNY area. They do everything and have everything. Their customer service is amazing. They make every customer feel like family. And it doesn’t matter if you’re spending $100 or &10,000 . Angel is amazing but really everyone is there is so special. I don’t know who owns this store but big kudos to you! I hope you treat your team as good as they treat your customers.

Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

Pamela Albanese Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. I stated I was looking for a solar powered watch. He showed me my choices. Once I picked out what I liked , Jim sized for me and made sure I was happy with the fit. The shopping experience was stress free and no pressure. Will def purely go back for more purchases!
