Zahava Shapiro Highly recommend Bjewled for all your jewelry needs! I had been looking for cufflinks for my fiancé for weeks. We went to 4 different places and either they didn’t carry them, or they had a small selection, or they just had ugly stuff. At this point we were frustrated and drained. I called Bjeweled and from the first phone conversation I knew it was going to be our last stop. The owner was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. He even sent me some photos! Once we got into the store the service was EXCELLENT. Within seconds we had 2 people offering to help us- even though the store was busy and there were a lot of customers. The person who helped us was patient and not pushy at all. My fiancé needed a lot of time to make a decision and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! He was also very discreet about pricing so I could gift the cufflinks without being tacky. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Vary educational and to be honest, i got the opportunity to lay my eyes on somethings id call priceless, or wouldnt find anywhere else..one of a kind place. Will be coming back time and time again. What an amazing all around place! The owner does his best at being fair and good prices too!

Kamla Singh Stay away from liberty gold bayo steel, I took a diamond ring to size and he steel the diamond and replaced it with a tiny stone so low and he thinks I wouldnt notice. He dont deserve any star.

After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. He pulled the necklace from the bag, and I was thrilled with the results! It was absolutely perfect! The customer service was top tier, and I highly recommend Scherers Jeweler!"
