Melissa Holko Carrie and Steve were nothing short of extraordinary! For five YEARS , my engagement ring has been too big. Despite my efforts to find a trustworthy jeweler for resizing, I had yet to discover one who could accommodate a same-day turnaround, would do the service in-house, who was friendly on the phone and whom I had faith in. My dad suggested I visit Valle Jewelers while I was in town, and I couldnt be more grateful that I did. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful. On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. In the store, the team radiated warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. I had complete confidence that they would take exceptional care of my ring and provide a fair price for their services. Even though I live in North Carolina, I will undoubtedly turn to Valle for all my future jewelry needs. Their professionalism and genuine care immediately won me over!

Straightequilanight Antwan may be the best employee. They were absolutely amazing. 10/10 The black bag I got online and they helped me w the wallet to go with and then I got the other bag cuz why not? Plus they got my teen involved and they actually liked a cologne so we got that too.

Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.
