5 /5 Jordan Speed: Made an appointment on a whim for piercings. The website/appointment booking was super easy and user friendly. Got to the shop and it was extremely clean and the staff were so knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming! Got pierced by Trevor and he was amazing! Kept us super calm and relaxed but also was just a super cool human to be around. Will definitely recommend to everyone and be going back for more piercings!

My piercer Anna went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable for my piercings. They were quick and efficient- making my experience pretty much painless! Will be returning again in the future for sure.

5 /5 Haley: Got a tattoo that needed to be fixed and Hayley was the best! She saved my arm literally. She’s so sweet and I enjoyed every minute of getting my tattoo done by her. She is so talented and made my tattoo into something beautiful! Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking for a new artist!

5 /5 Halley Wolin: I have been pierced at the both locations- first with Trevor at the Williamsville in location for my bridge in 2021 for a second time ( first was over a decade ago at a different studio in Rochester ) - appointment and consultation went great , jewelry selection was straight forward - he was confident in his approach to an old piercing / scar tissue- the piercing healed beautifully . 2025- Ive come back and was recently pierced with anna at the elmwood location - let me tell ya-consultation was thorough, and collaborative. I was scheduled for lobes and septum. They recommended a different approach to what was initially booked to achieve the desired look on my lobes and reopened a piercing channel I hadn’t even considered( that’s why we hire professionals!) , gently helped me understand the benefits of that route. I had my septum re-pierced as well - but in the correct spot and i couldn’t be any happier with the placement .They are incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient as hell . Front desk reception ( i missed their name, so sorry! ) was accommodating and friendly-The communication between coworkers , booking , adjustments in jewelry selection after consultation and pricing was very upfront which I appreciate. Clean, friendly, professional - I always felt I was in good hands.

5 /5 Dasani Aaliyah: I’ve been to Cowpok elmwood 3 times in the past month (twice for piercings, once for a tattoo) and cannot sing their praises enough for both services. Anna pierced both of my nipples and navel & was so gentle, calming, and informative during both visits. Anna talked me and my friend getting pierced through it the whole way! They make getting areas you may be self conscious about feel so safe! Between them and the stylists at the front I left with literally 0 questions about what to expect. I love that they give you a detailed sheet for aftercare and a digital receipt with all info about the size of your jewelry. Hayley did my first ever tattoo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She gave me juice to make sure I had sugar before starting and took her time to adapt the design in a way that fit my body & style. She was super encouraging while getting a sensitive area (palm) tattooed which made it way easier to power through! Overall will 100% be back for both services offered at Cowpok
