5 /5 Ann Farrell: My husband purchased me beautiful diamond hoop, lever back earrings from Kay Jewelers and one of them became loose, and wouldnt latch close properly.
We visited the Amsterdam Kay Jewelers store and were so happy that we did! The store manager, a very smart, helpful, polite woman offered to look on the computer to find our warranty info. because we couldnt remember when the earrings were originally purchased. In no time she found our information (we visited a different Kay store that was a bit closer to our home, and were told we didnt have a warranty on them). So happy with the customer service from the manager and other team members here. My earrings were sent out for service and have come back better than ever, sparkling clean and fixed! The manager also spoke to us about trading in these earrings and looking at some new styles....we may have to go shopping soon. Highly recommend the Amsterdam, NY Kay Jewelers store!
