5 /5 Carlos Miguel Lasa: Ara helped us with same day resizing for our engagement ring and was very professional, courteous and speedy (we were done in 10-15 minutes!). He really customized it so that it was a perfect fit - my fiancée was an eighth of a size up from what the ring sizer suggested. Would suggest calling him in advance to let him know youre coming - we came early in the morning and the building wasnt open yet, but he was very responsive on the phone. Hes located on the mezzanine floor of the building, room 21 (we got a little lost at first finding it). Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially for same day service! Would definitely come back for future jewelry needs!

He helped me decide exactly which size would be best for my finger based on my lifestyle and wearability. He gave the ring an entirely new band in less than a week and I noticed at pick up he had cleaned the piece making it look brand new. Aras prices for resizing are extremely reasonable given the detail and precision of the work. Overall extremely positive experience and I dropped off another ring today! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to him to have my bridal set resized and it was so comforting having to see him work in close proximity from me and all the while showing me all his works and just general care for jewelries. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a jeweler in the city who isn’t gimmicky and isn’t charging such a hefty price.

5 /5 Christina W.: If you need a ring re-sized, I can’t recommend Ara enough. Really efficient, fast, and affordable. My ring was sized to a custom fit and done in around 10 minutes. It’s no frills and done by a pro. Super happy with the result. Do note that to find him, go through the main entrance (we entered from a side location by accident). The security will send you up. We did call Ara too to confirm where he was located and if he had time to see us. Got there at 8am but the building wasn’t exactly opened yet. Would recommend showing up around 8:15 or later. He’s located on the MZ floor and in room 21 (at the end of the long hallway).
