Ezela Tagliente JF Jones does AMAZING work!! She is officially my jeweler for life! Brittany and her team are one of a kind, I dont shop anywhere else now when it comes to quality jewelry. My husband and I met Brittany in 2018 shopping for engagement rings. She took one of his family rings and created a custom ring for me, and collaborated with my husband to use the surrounding diamonds for a surprise necklace given to me on our wedding day!! But that was just how we started our relationship with Brittany at JF Jones. Over the past years she has worked with us countless times on beautiful gifts and pieces. From delicate Ania Haie fashion jewelry to the anniversary gifts my husband and I now exchange, its great to know that shes ready to partner with us. The store has been around for almost 100 years, and everything is excellent quality! She has items for any price range! I also recently did her jewelry box clean out program - bring in broken or unwanted jewelry and she will value it and apply that value to your next purchase!!

Devin OBrien Marisa was fantastic to work with, gracious (despite a crazy timeline) and created a spectacular custom band in which to set a family diamond for an engagement ring. My fiance said that she would never have been able to describe what she wanted her engagement ring to look like but that the ring is "absolutely perfect!" Her work is beautiful and full of individuality and character and her shop is wonderful. Highly recommend her work and working with her.

Mona I purchased two necklaces, one for my daughter of the cat reaching for the butterfly and one for myself of the Christmas manger scene. (I just couldnt resist). I showed them to my husband and he thought they were so well done that he insisted I order one with the cat since it was very much like my sweet cat, Wall-e. The way the cat reaches out for the butterfly is exactly the way Wall-e reaches out and touches my face and sometimes lays his paw on my hand. I had taught him to sit and shake and he has devised his own touch method by touching and looking straight into my eyes to make sure Im paying attention. He is very gentle. It melts my heart and that necklace will be just perfect. I love the designs and quality!

Ryan McNamee The best! I went to Diane and we spoke about how I was going to surprise my fiancé-to-be. I selected a setting as well as a nice Canadian diamond and asked if she could adjust the setting so it had a slimmer sleeker profile. When I returned to pick up the ring it was perfect. Exactly what I envisioned. The surprise was a success, I am now engaged, and there is no one I can better recommend to help you out with an engagement ring than Diane. Our custom ring is one of a kind and yours should be too.

Betsy Morgan I bought my wedding band at Facets in 2016 and have subsequently come in for repairs and tuneups. Their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I adore my wedding band, and after I banged it up, they restored it and make it look like new. Yes, the jewelry is to die for, but more importantly, the customer service is fantastic.
