5 /5 Meagan Harris: The person who helped me worked with me on all three occasions that I came into the store. She followed through from the time of picking up the rain all the way until purchase. She was very helpful and supportive, and even put aside the diamond so that I could secure finances to pay for it a week later.

5 /5 makretow: Very friendly and courteous. Had to return earrings that were difficult for me to put through my ear and close. Staff helped me find a different pair at a cost savings! Nice.

4 /5 Courtney Burley: Who is a pretty good experience. This was the first time that I had been shopping at this location so it was slightly different. I also did not realize that all of the wedding bands were demonstration rings, they had a very limited selection of rings that you could actually wear home that day. So now we have to venture all the way out there in another 4 weeks roughly or when the rings arrive. Also what I found was odd that none of the rings had a price tag on them, every single time I wanted to know the price of a ring a woman had to look it up on a tablet, I found that to be both odd and frustrating. Especially when the 2 of us were shopping for our bands. Even tho there were several employees working when we got there, only one ended up helping us out, only one offered help to the one woman who is helping us at times otherwise everyone just stood there.

1 /5 Cathy: Buyer Beware!!! I had a bad experience, and have been speaking with many people since then! I heard stories of dissatisfaction for one reason or another AFTER their purchase! For me, I just wanted them to clean jewelry that I inherited from my Mom who passed away recently. The Greece Store told me their machine was down and would have to send it to their Pittsford Store. They charged me $78+tax and the jewelry did not seem as clean as I thought it would be. A friend brought me to her very prestigious jewelry store, who agreed it was not cleaned very well, so they cleaned it, and it looked beautiful and noticeably shinier and cleaner; and they did NOT charge me!! I went back to The Source to ask them why they charged me and they referred me to their online chat, which wasnt working at the time, so I emailed them, directing it to John Simonian, explaining the issue and asking for a refund of $85 that I paid for a cleaning that was not done well. I was advised they did a "spa treatment" and was sent to another jeweler (not Pittsford, as I was told!). Then, I was informed that there are 2 different kinds of cleaners: ultrasonic that is done in the store (the machine that was down in Greece) and spa treatment cleaning sent to another jeweler, which I never requested, as I was not aware of such a treatment nor that they sent it to an entirely different jeweler. None of this was told to me at the time I dropped off my jewelry originally to the Greece Store. Not sure if John ever saw my email, or if it was customer service responding, but I was told they would not reimburse me. Im very disappointed that they did not back their customer and would not recommend The Source, and now learning that neither would many others!
