luis diaz The best jeweler on Long Island, family owned and the nicest people in the world. I called around multiple places to have a diamond installed into a setting for my engagement proposal. Due to being sent for a leadership course with the military, I had to speed up my time line and only had a few days to get this done. (I needed to purchase the setting as well) I explained the situation and they were able to help. Tuesday They ordered the setting I needed and installed the diamond when it arrived all Within 48 hours. Friday I was blessed because she said yes.!!!!!!!’ I ordered the wrong size ring (my fault) same day I brought my new fiancé to get an adjuster so it wouldn’t fall off and they did even better for me. 45 min later they resized the ring and my fiancé couldn’t be happier.

Every step of the way was pure joy-- establishing the vision, getting measured and styling discussions for different occasions. Sergio is a true artist and his team is amazing. They went above and beyond. I also got another dress repaired while I was there and couldnt be happier with the result. World class craftsmanship. You can feel the care. This is a must-visit place during your visits to Catskill if you enjoy beautiful interiors or like to pretend your life is a movie. They prioritize showcasing high quality local designers and truly unique pieces.
