However with the friendliness of the employees, a young woman I didn’t get her name as well as Traci, I found a bracelet that captured my eyes and Traci helped me out with the fitting and checkout. Both of them were very professional and made me feel super welcome and valued. Thank you both so so much for making my day on such a busy retail day. Betsy Morgan I bought my wedding band at Facets in 2016 and have subsequently come in for repairs and tuneups. Their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I adore my wedding band, and after I banged it up, they restored it and make it look like new. Yes, the jewelry is to die for, but more importantly, the customer service is fantastic. They are attentive, communicative, and customer forward, which I think is the best sign of a lasting business. I am so grateful that this Park Slope institution continues to flourish.
