Jose Santos I recommend you coming here I just bought a silver chain and pendant on Father’s Day . Unfortunately to my surprise the stone already fell out of the cross. Here I am here five days later feeling ripped off I go in there he’s completely understanding and helps me find different pieces I can have to exchange . He worked with me and I ended up with a sterling silver bracelet and a stainless steel chain. For the same price of cross and the stainless steel piece is heavy and shines bright. They are all so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location. I would also recommend getting the Life Time Protection plan. It keeps my jewelry in perfect condition, just like the day it was purchased.

luis diaz The best jeweler on Long Island, family owned and the nicest people in the world. I called around multiple places to have a diamond installed into a setting for my engagement proposal. Due to being sent for a leadership course with the military, I had to speed up my time line and only had a few days to get this done. (I needed to purchase the setting as well) I explained the situation and they were able to help. Tuesday They ordered the setting I needed and installed the diamond when it arrived all Within 48 hours. Friday I was blessed because she said yes.!!!!!!!’ I ordered the wrong size ring (my fault) same day I brought my new fiancé to get an adjuster so it wouldn’t fall off and they did even better for me. 45 min later they resized the ring and my fiancé couldn’t be happier.

Mercedez Griffin I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.

I selected a setting as well as a nice Canadian diamond and asked if she could adjust the setting so it had a slimmer sleeker profile. When I returned to pick up the ring it was perfect. A J David is fabulous and made my entire experience amazing. He took as much time as I needed to work through selling some jewelry as that can be an emotional event. After, he quickly came up with some beautiful designs to use the stones that remained. I absolutely love the rings he designed for me. Jewelry that had been stuffed away, broken or too small has now been transformed. Every day I have beauty and wonderful memories glimmering up at me. I am so thankful for Davids patience and skill.
