I was originally going to buy my band from an online retailer, but I remembered that I had been to Bell Family Jeweler in the past to have my engagement ring cleaned and decided to stop by so that I could get an accurate band size. I’m so glad I did. Harry was friendly and so knowledgeable. I never felt like he was trying to “sell” me anything. It truly felt like he was relaying information and advice as an expert, not as a salesman. Deborah Magone This silver ring is 30 or 40 years old. I wore it so much the very thin band completely broke and split down the middle. The band was repaired seamlessly and shined up and looks like new! I’ve since made purchases, had engraving and repairs done on hard to fix pieces and the finished work is always beautifully done! Excellent folks, local store, and service!

Prime offers a full range of services from custom grills, watch repairs, ear piercing and even sell watches and golf/silver bars and coins. Support local mom and pop stores! Will definitely be back!

Laurie I have dealt with John for decades. Always pleased with both purchases and repairs. He has an excellent eye for design. Will be going there again when they open on Tuesday.
